Registration and Fees
The workshop registration fee is $135 until end of day January 31, 2010, and $160 as of February 1, 2010.

The registration fee covers the cost of the materials, transportation to and from the meetings, the book of abstracts, and coffee and refreshments during the meetings.

The Banquet on Wednesday evening (optional) will be held at the Wyndham Hotel, in the Princeton Room. Cocktails (cash bar) beginning at 6:00 pm, dinner will be served at 6:30, followed by the DOE presentation at 8:00 pm.

ICC Registrants not attending the Banquet, may attend the DOE Presentation in the Princeton Room, starting at 8:00 PM.

Workshop Venue
All workshop meetings and sessions will be held at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL: in the Gottlieb Auditorium off the main lobby.
Poster sessions will be held in the Main Lobby at PPPL.
The workshop will end at 12 noon on Friday, February 19. Transportation will be provided back to the Wyndham Hotel from PPPL.
You must make your own arrangements to the airport.

Security Requirements
PPPL is a U.S. Department of Energy Laboratory managed by Princeton University. Security requirements are strictly enforced.

NON-U.S. (Foreign National) CITIZENS
PPPL Security requires all Foreign Nationals attending the workshop to complete and submit specific information which must be reviewed and approved prior to arrival.  You must complete and submit a Foreign National Visitor Form as soon as possible.

- Each day when you arrive at PPPL for the workshop meetings, you must present your passport at the PPPL security booth . 
U.S. Citizens
PPPL Security requires all visitors who are U.S. citizens age 18 and over to present a U.S. government-issued photo identification at the  booth each day. A current driver's license is acceptable.

On-line Registration
Attendees may register now on-line. Acceptable forms of payment for on-line registration are:
- Credit card
- Wire transfer
- Checks (drawn on US banks only) made payable to PPPL/ICC 2010 and mailed to:

If you are completing the registration form for someone other than yourself, please enter the attendee's name, e-mail, institution, etc. Do not use one form to register more than one person. On the credit card form, the address and phone must match the billing information of the card holder.

On-Site Registration
You may register after you arrive in Princeton for $160.00. Monday evening, February 15, from 5 to 7 pm there will be an ICC 2010 Registration Desk in the Wyndham Hotel Lobby, and on Tuesday morning, February 16, in the PPPL Lobby.

Acceptable forms of payment include: Checks drawn on US banks, travellers checks (USD only), credit cards, and cash (USD only).

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All registration and banquet fees are 100% refundable, less $20, through Monday, February 15th, 2010.
