Audiovisual (AV) Equipment
All oral sessions will be equipped with one LCD projector and screen, a wireless lavalier microphone, and one laser pointer. Please email additional AV equipment requests to Luisa Pareja-Klemisch, luisa@aa.washington.edu, by Friday, July 22.

Please bring your own laptop and ensure that your laptop is ready for connection to the LCD projector.

Presenters must pay with cash or check before the start of their session for additional AV equipment. Checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Prices for additional equipment are set by the AV company at the Red Lion Hotel, and will be emailed to you upon request.

Please note that LCD projection may be subject to software and hardware problems. Users of LCD projection can become familiar with the equipment and try out their presentation by arriving thirty minutes prior to their session. We require that speakers using LCD projection bring back-up transparencies in case of technical problems.

Poster presenters who wish to show electronic projection must bring their laptop with their presentation already uploaded, plus power cords or any proprietary cords required for their use. Small tables for laptops are complimentary and will be available upon request at each poster site. Poster presenters requiring extension cords and power strips may be charged a nominal fee if provided by the AV company at the Hotel.

Please email Luisa Pareja-Klemisch, luisa@aa.washington.edu, with any inquiries about AV equipment, before Friday, July 22.
